The minimum order for custom logo mats is 10 mats. There is a one-time setup fee of $60 which covers up to three rounds of proofing. Standard stock mats (no custom logo) are available in any quantity with no minimum order.
The lead time for custom logo mats is six weeks from the date you approve your final proof. If your timeline is urgent, in-stock standard mats ship within two business days. Contact us and we can advise on the best route for your situation.
For mats with logo printing, the maximum width is 24 inches and they can be produced to any length. For solid color custom mats without logo printing, the maximum width is 50 inches. Our standard stock sizes are 23×36", 20×42", and 9×18.5". Contact us with your specific table dimensions and we will advise on the best option.
We require high-resolution artwork provided by the client. Vector files are preferred: AI, EPS, or PDF format. Raster files (PNG, JPEG) are accepted only if they are high enough resolution for the mat size. The $60 setup fee covers up to three rounds of proofing, so you can review and refine the design before production begins.
Yes. We offer Pantone color matching on request. Contact us with your Pantone codes or brand color guidelines. For completely custom background colors outside our 5 standard options (White, Grey, Light Blue, Royal Blue, Navy), a minimum of 500 mats applies. For logo colors on a standard background, Pantone matching is available at any quantity.
Yes. The logo is printed directly into the polyurethane surface. It is not an adhesive label or applied sticker. It will not peel, bubble, or fade under repeated cleaning with Rescue®, KennelSol®, Nolvasan®, Chlorhexidine, or Accel®/Virox® AHP products. Avoid repeated use of high-alcohol TB-cide disinfectants, bleach, or phenolic compounds, as with all NoFear mats.
Absolutely. Custom logo mats are ordered by grooming salons, pet spas, mobile groomers, animal shelters, veterinary pharmaceutical representatives, and multi-location pet care chains in addition to vet clinics. Any professional pet facility can order branded mats. The process and pricing are identical.
Yes. You can mix sizes in a single custom order, for example, exam table mats and scale mats in the same order. The minimum of 10 mats applies to the total quantity across all sizes. Contact us with your full requirements and we will quote accordingly.
