If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method less any shipping cost and twenty percent (20%) restocking fee if applicable.
Free shipping and no restocking fee applies to the following types of returns:
- If you have received a wrong item, eg. wrong size or color.
- If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps: (Provide a link to a simple form)
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided in a correct sized box as indicated in the email.
- The refund / exchange / store credit will be processed upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise
Depending upon your financial institution it could take up to seven business days to receive your refund. Replacement products will be shipped within two business days, and a store credit will be issued no later than one business day.
Shipping cost and a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be deducted from the refunds unless noted above.
